Who we are
First4Driveways is the trading name of First4 Driveways Limited, registered in England and Wales, company number 16756482. We decide how the details you send us are used, so under UK data protection law we are the controller. For anything in this notice, emailinfo@first4driveways.co.uk or call 07427 694766.
What we collect
- From the quote form: your name, phone number, email address if you give it, the property's postcode, the job you need and anything you tell us about it, plus which page you sent the form from.
- When you call, text or email: your number or address and what you tell us.
- When we survey and do the job: the address, measurements, photos of the work and the quote and invoice details.
The price card on the site works in your browser and doesn't send or store anything.
Why we use it
To reply to you, arrange a survey and give you a written quote, because you've asked us to, and to carry out the job and stand behind its guarantee if you go ahead. We also keep the records the law asks of a business, such as invoices for tax. We don't use your details for marketing, and we don't sell them or share them with anyone else for their own use.
Who else handles it
- Formspree, which delivers the quote form to our email.
- Our email and phone providers, which carry your messages to us.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this website and keeps the short technical logs every web host keeps.
Each of them handles your details only to provide that service.
How long we keep it
If you don't go ahead, we keep your enquiry only for as long as it's useful to answer any follow-up, then delete it. If we do the work, we keep the job records for as long as the law requires for tax and for as long as the written guarantee runs.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, delete them or stop using them, or object to how we use them. Email info@first4driveways.co.uk and we'll reply within a month. If you're not happy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office atico.org.uk.
